Privacy Policy

DealOwl is a planning tool for property agents in Singapore. This policy explains what we collect when you use it, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

  • Your Google account basics — when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture link. We do not receive your password or access to anything else in your Google account.
  • Your agent profile — the name, agency, photo and default fee settings you enter in Settings.
  • Prospect information you enter — prospect names, contact details, notes, and the financial figures you type into the calculator and timeline.
  • Basic records — when your account was created and when you last signed in.

Why we use it

  • To sign you in and keep you signed in.
  • To save your work so it is there on any device you sign in from.
  • To produce the PDF summaries you ask for.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except as below.

Where it is stored

Your data is stored in a database hosted on Railway (railway.com) and is also kept in your own browser's storage. Sign-in is handled by Google. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside Singapore.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect the sign-in process. No analytics or advertising cookies.

Information about your prospects

If you enter details about other people (your prospects), you are responsible for having their consent to do so under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Only enter what you need.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete individual prospects at any time in the app. To delete your whole account and everything in it, email us and we will do it within 30 days.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also remove DealOwl's access from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
